Forgot or reset password
To request a password reset
- Go to https://www.freecycle.org/login
- Click Request a password reset at the bottom of the log in window.
- Enter the email address you use for Freecycle.org.
- You will receive an email with a link and instructions. If you don't see the email in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder. Click on the link to enter your new password.
- Please note that you can only use each password reset link once. If you need to try again, please request another using the link above.
If you are still unable to reset your password, click on the Contact link at the top of this page and provide the email address you use for Freecycle and a description of what happens when you try to reset your password, including any error messages you see. Our Help Team volunteers will be happy to assist.
