Login Issues

We are currently experiencing several issues with our website, including difficulty logging into Freecycle.org, and being logged out by the system and unable to log back in. 

Please do the following:

1. Clear Freecycle cookies from your browser. Here's a link to instructions for several popular browsers: Remove cookies from popular browsers .

2. Click the eye icon in the Password field to see the password, and make sure you are entering it correctly. If you are sent back to the login screen after entering your details and hitting Log in, try doing this several more times. The system should eventually accept your login.

3. If after several tries you are still not able to log in, please click the Contact link above and give us the email address you use for Freecycle and describe the issue you are having, including any error messages you see.
