We are aware that our members are receiving spam messages in reply to their posts. Please do not click on the link in the message, or reply to it.

If you experienced issues with accessing your messages online, please try again. Once the spamming account is disabled, the text of the spam messages is removed, but the message headings will remain on your My Messages page with blank messages for a while.

Freecycle.org is completely free to use and we will never ask for payment or credit card details in order to use our website. We are not running a lottery or any other contest, and we are not asking for any type of account verification or suspending members' accounts.

We are removing spamming accounts and related messages as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
