Not able to sign up after resetting password

If you have reset your password, but you are not able to sign in afterwards, using your new password, try this:

  • Refreshthe browser tab
  • Enter your username or email address
  • Type your password into the password field and click on the eye icon in the password to make sure the correct password has been entered.
  • If you use a browser or password manager to save and fill in passwords, click the eye icon in the password field to revewal the password. Make sure the correct password has been entered, and then type any character after the password. Immediately backspace to remove the character. Why does this work? Our system is looking for characters to be typed into the password field and it may not recognize that something has been entered there until something is actually typed in.
