How can I reject a pending member? 

Clicking on MEMBERS opens a list of pending members. Click the orange X in the upper right of the member card to reject a member. If you use this option, you must include a rejection message. 

To remove a pending member without sending a rejection message, go to Search Members, filter by Pending Members, then choose Remove from the pulldown.
