500 Error when trying to open a post

We are currently experiencing an issue Freecycle.org where some members see a 500 Error when they click on the link in an email or the title of a post on the website. You may find that if you refresh the page or try again later, you are able to view and reply to the post. Our technical team are working on resolving this.
