My Post has a Manage Post button instead of Reply
Members aren't able to reply to their own posts. Instead of seeing the Reply button on your post, you see the Manage button so that you can edit the post or mark it Taken or Received. Posts look like this to the member who made the post:
But all other members will see the Reply button, which looks like this:
